Middle-Aged, Medicated, & Mystified.
At the end of 2022, after 40 anxiety-free years, I had an anxiety attack. After a week glued to the sofa, immersed in a TV show I can no longer remember, I went to therapy. Soon after, I started a slew of different medications, and so began my work trying to live this life and be happy with it.
This is my chronicle of experiences and thoughts, questions and best-guesses, frustrations and embarrassment, and, of course, total honesty.
